C&Q Compliance Support – Pharma/Biotech (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports the C&Q Manager and Compliance Lead of a leading global pharmaceutical company. The role focuses on executing commissioning and qualification (C&Q) programmes, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, SOPs, and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans and strategies in line with C&Q plans and global SOPs.
• Coordinate activities with EPCM partners, third‑party suppliers, end users, and QA teams.
• Ensure C&Q activities are carried out according to approved plans and change‑control procedures.
• Guide preparation, review, and maintenance of C&Q documentation.
• Support C&Q scheduling, change control, and lead commissioning‑related meetings.
• Assist with digital C&Q platforms and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in C&Q, CQV or validation within a pharmaceutical, biotech or GMP environment.
• Familiarity with risk‑based validation methodologies and cGMP requirements.
• Strong documentation, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to meet strict project deadlines and communicate effectively in English.
