Creative & Communication Executive

About the role

The Creative & Communication Executive will design and deliver communication strategies that engage beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, media partners and government agencies. The role blends creativity with strategic thinking to raise awareness of New Hope Community Services' mission and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan that promotes the organisation’s brand, services and programmes.
• Produce end‑to‑end content for online and offline channels, including website copy, newsletters, brochures, videos and social media posts.
• Manage digital platforms such as social media accounts, the website and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to amplify brand messaging.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring visual communications are consistent, factual and of high quality.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimise communication strategies based on performance data.
• Plan and run public events, campaigns and media relations activities, including press releases and media kits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in communication, marketing or public relations.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
