Creative Content & Education Marketing Executive

About the role

Bright Culture is a fast‑growing tuition centre in Singapore that wants to make learning more engaging and shareable. We are looking for a creative individual to shape our digital story, connect with students and parents, and produce educational content that resonates on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and the company website.
• Shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos, reels and other social media assets.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and educational copy that simplify complex academic concepts.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and iterate to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, the academic team and partner brand Radical Kindness on campaigns.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (polytechnic or university) with a passion for social media and education.
• Creative, curious and full of ideas, able to turn boring topics into interesting stories.
• Strong communicator and storyteller, comfortable working independently.
• Open to feedback, experimental mindset and willingness to learn from failures.

Required skills

• Video shooting and basic editing for short‑form platforms.
• Social media content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
• Use of AI or emerging digital tools to enhance content production.
