Creative Designer – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Creative Designer to elevate StraitsX’s brand through high‑quality, compliant visual storytelling. You will create compelling assets for both digital and physical touchpoints aimed at an institutional audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design across multiple formats including social media, email, infographics, motion GIFs and print materials such as event backdrops and merchandise.
• Develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, employer branding and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Manage external vendors for large‑scale creative production.
• Support video and multimedia projects when needed.
• Maintain consistency and quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto or similarly complex regulated industries.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced or startup environments.
• Exposure to stablecoin or crypto‑native projects.
• Experience with motion design and video production.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
