Creative Manager / Creative Director

About the role

The Creative Manager / Creative Director will lead the creative direction and brand storytelling for all corporate communication channels. You will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of visual content that strengthens the company’s brand presence and conveys its vision, culture, and business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall creative strategy to enhance corporate brand and image.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for corporate communications and social media.
• Generate creative concepts and storytelling ideas that showcase the company’s people, culture, and achievements.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct photo and video shoots for events, interviews, office activities, and employee highlights.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos using professional cameras or mobile devices, handling lighting, framing, and composition on‑site.
• Produce and edit short‑form and long‑form video content, adding captions, transitions, music, graphics, and animations as needed.
• Edit and enhance photographs for corporate use.
• Publish creative content across social media platforms and monitor performance to improve engagement.
• Manage production schedules, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
• Stay updated on creative trends, photography and videography techniques, and recommend new ideas to boost brand presence.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Creative Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading corporate creative projects and managing end‑to‑end content creation.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
