About the role
Join our CRM Marketing team as a Marketing Associate, focusing on winback and re‑engagement programmes that directly drive revenue. You will work closely with an experienced lead, taking ownership of campaign execution from day one while contributing ideas to continuously improve performance across all brands.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage end‑to‑end winback campaign canvases in Braze, including audience logic, triggers, message variants, timing, and channel routing.
- Own the production process for scheduled sends: audience setup, content population, quality assurance, and launch according to the campaign calendar.
- Track and report core winback KPIs (reactivation rate, recovered revenue, channel engagement, unsubscribes) and deliver structured post‑campaign summaries.
- Surface observations, formulate hypotheses, and support A/B test design, execution, and documentation.
- Maintain winback audience segments, monitor list health indicators, and coordinate data changes with CRM Operations.
- Perform thorough pre‑send QA, ensure rendering across devices, validate audience size, and keep operational documentation up to date.
Required profile
- Curious about campaign strategy and data‑driven insights.
- Proactive in identifying scheduling conflicts, data anomalies, or deliverability issues.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and presenting data‑backed recommendations.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking.
