Cross-Border Payments Product Manager (Asia Cluster, VP)

About the role

Citi is hiring a Product Manager for its Cross Border Payments cluster, based in Singapore. The role supports and grows Citi's cross-border payments business in the Asia South and JANA clusters, focusing on client value, operational efficiency and market penetration through product leadership, adoption and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build expertise in Citi's cross-border payments capabilities, product suitability and technical aspects, and act as a product subject matter expert engaging sales and supporting solutioning for select clients
• Deliver training, run internal and external communications for product launches and updates, and develop tailored collateral and use cases to expand penetration across client segments
• Support WorldLink onboarding, drive usage expansion and promote alternative payment methods
• Lead data analysis, track business performance and identify insights to grow the business and reduce risk
• Coordinate with country and global product, sales and coverage partners, legal and compliance, technology, operations and service teams
• Carry out competitive analysis and research on cross-border payment trends and opportunities

Required profile

• 6-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in Cash Management, Trade or Securities business
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree good to have
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and leading large cross-functional initiatives, working with partners across multiple time zones
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong written and verbal communication and report/presentation skills

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, e-commerce and emerging payment flows
• Understanding of API and SWIFT setups
• High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau and SQL
