About the role

Join Surbana Jurong's SMM site supervisory team as a C&S Resident Engineer based in Changi. You will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and drive successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Review project drawings and specifications, flagging discrepancies before and during construction.
Supervise construction works to meet quality standards, approved methodologies and project requirements.
Ensure contractor compliance with the Building Control Act, relevant Codes of Practice and authorities such as BCA, LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB and SCDF.
Monitor site progress, contractor schedules and day‑to‑day site activities.

Required profile

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent qualification recognised by PEB Singapore).
Registered Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
3 to 10 years of site supervision experience on construction projects.
Experience in Airport, Aerospace or Aviation projects is preferred.
