CS Service Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The CS Service Coordinator supports end‑to‑end service operations, ensuring service orders are tracked, parts are ordered, and customers receive timely updates. Working under close supervision, the role focuses on local execution while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet service commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor service orders to achieve timely execution and closure.
• Manage parts ordering and delivery coordination using SAP or related systems.
• Communicate parts shortages or delays to internal teams and customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on service‑related administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including tool calibration and logistics documentation.
• Generate standard service and logistics reports and support data analysis for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with field service, logistics, and planning teams, providing updates to project leads.
• Identify gaps in processes, propose improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in service administration, logistics, or related fields.
• Basic process‑thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system) for parts ordering and service order management.
