Curriculum & Training Manager – Yoga Education

About the role

The Curriculum & Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our accredited Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programmes and specialised continuing‑education workshops. Based in Singapore, you will ensure that all curricula meet international Yoga Alliance standards while providing a high‑quality learning experience for aspiring yoga educators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update course syllabi, manuals, slide decks and assessment tools for 200‑, 300‑ and 500‑hour YTT certifications.
• Design and launch continuing professional development modules and weekend workshops covering functional anatomy, philosophy, adjustments, pranayama, sequencing and restorative practices.
• Act as Lead Trainer for core YTT cohorts, delivering lectures, practicums, alignment labs and practice‑teaching clinics, and providing feedback and mentorship.
• Recruit, onboard and manage guest lecturers and subject‑matter experts, ensuring consistent instructional quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions to schedule cohorts, promote programmes and host preview events.
• Collect and analyse student feedback, producing reports to drive curriculum enhancements and improve completion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading accredited YTT programmes (200‑hour/300‑hour).
• E‑RYT 500 certification (or equivalent) with Yoga Alliance affiliation.
• Eligibility or certification as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) preferred.
• Additional certifications in applied biomechanics, yoga therapy, Yin yoga, sound healing or Pilates are a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Yoga Alliance RYS standards and local regulatory requirements.
