Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Customer Acquisition Specialist drives outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels to build a qualified pipeline and acquire new customers. You will own the full outbound sales cycle, meet activity and revenue targets, and continuously refine outreach using market insights and AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage target accounts via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outbound channels, building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries, personas and use cases, using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools and data providers.
• Own the full outbound sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, consistently meeting KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, pipeline generated and revenue targets.
• Run structured discovery calls to uncover customer pain points, decision processes and buying criteria, delivering compelling product positioning and handling objections.
• Build account plans for high‑value prospects, engage multiple stakeholders, and continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and AI‑enabled insights.
• Partner with marketing, product and leadership teams to share market signals, provide feedback on target segments and improve lead quality, while staying up‑to‑date on industry trends and experimenting with new outreach techniques.
