Customer Call Centre Officer – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Call Centre Officer to join our team on a one‑year renewable contract. You will provide high‑quality, personalised service to callers, handling enquiries, feedback and complaints efficiently from our Ang Mo Kio office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional assistance to customers across a range of enquiries.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department officer when necessary.
• Accurately record and update all interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on policies and procedures on behalf of customers.
• Meet productivity targets such as AHT, TPH and service level agreements.
• Achieve quality standards including CSAT scores, quiz and audit results.
• Participate in cross‑training to develop additional skillsets.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to maintain personal well‑being and contribute positively.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) system proficiency
