About the role

Join Accenture as a Customer Communications Associate, supporting advertisers and sales teams with product knowledge and issue resolution. You will work within a complex advertising product group, ensuring a high‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of a complex advertising product group.
• Investigate, prioritize, and troubleshoot advertising issues, escalating to specialists when needed.
• Own tasks end‑to‑end until they are assigned to a specialist.
• Distinguish product confusion from bugs and advise sales teams on solutions.
• Communicate issue resolution, workarounds, and product clarifications to the sales team.
• Partner with product support specialists to resolve bugs and confusion.
• Mentor team members and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical ability to assess, troubleshoot, and clearly communicate issues.
• Ability to learn sophisticated products quickly and think critically.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work shifting schedules and rotating weekends.
