Customer Experience Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to be the face of our brand and ensure every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. You will handle enquiries, complaints and compliments across multiple channels, delivering a world‑class shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and compliments via email and feedback portals.
• Develop deep product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Utilise active listening to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet satisfaction targets.
• Analyse customer feedback and provide actionable insights for service improvement.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, both online and offline, including social media and delivery experiences.
• Maintain and execute service‑recovery protocols.
• Participate in training programs and handle ad‑hoc assignments as directed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a business‑related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service role.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
