Customer Product Engineer, APAC

About the role

Alchemy's Customer Engineering team works closely with customers to give them a great user experience and help them get maximum value from the platform. This role focuses on Account Abstraction and Wallet Services, working directly with that team to deliver hands-on product-specific customer support, scale the support system and turn customer feedback into product decisions. It suits someone with a technical background who wants to work across parts of the business while delivering results for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical
• Deliver a stellar customer experience and resolve questions, problems and requests promptly and effectively
• Use first-hand customer knowledge to inform the product roadmap and aggregate feedback for product and engineering teams
• Scale support through internal tooling and runbooks and contribute to devX improvements
• Understand customer needs and how to meet their unique challenges and goals
• Identify gaps and new features to build, partnering with internal teams on long-term solutions
• Act as the voice of the customer and build and maintain relationships with complex internal and external stakeholders
• Work in a fast-changing environment and drive referrals from customers

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role
• Technical degree
• Experience and interest in Account Abstraction / Wallet Services
• Interest in technology, blockchain, crypto; experience with blockchain is a large plus
• Founded a company or built side projects, and startup experience, are a plus
