About the role
Serve as the focal point for ASPAC customers handling material order actions, providing world‑class support for aircraft spare parts in line with Satair’s values and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer‑specific open order book and ensure timely order processing.
- Handle quotations, claims and orders for Satair products, meeting KPI targets.
- Maintain customer records and support on‑time material delivery.
- Train customers on Satair Market and Airbus Spares Portal and promote digital solutions.
- Participate in cross‑functional Customer Account Support teams and attend key customer meetings.
Required profile
- Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a similar organisation.
- Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and dispute‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience using Freshdesk (advantage).
