About the role
We are looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven professional to lead our customer retention and loyalty initiatives. In this hybrid Singapore‑based role you will help build lasting client connections and support the overall engagement strategy of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer retention and loyalty engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate loyalty programs, outreach campaigns and client communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor feedback, engagement metrics and retention performance.
- Prepare reports, insights and documentation on customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and service teams on engagement strategies.
- Assist with issue resolution, follow‑ups and satisfaction initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and loyalty program effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in customer engagement, loyalty programs, account support or customer success.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple interactions and priorities in a hybrid work setting.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or engagement/reporting tools (preferred).
