Customer Service & Admin Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Admin Manager to lead our customer service team while handling key administrative tasks. This role combines front‑line support leadership with cross‑functional coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and schedule the customer service team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Train and coach staff to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to boost satisfaction.
• Develop and refine service procedures to reduce response times.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure long‑term engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Finance and Engineering to communicate customer requests and resolve delivery, quotation, invoice, repair and service appointment issues.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and track key metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Educational background at GCE O/N/NITEC/Diploma/Degree level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and organise work efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, independent and positive attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Team player with initiative and the ability to interact at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and data management.
