Customer Service & Administrative Executive

About the role

Join Faith Logistics as a Customer Service & Administrative Executive, where you will coordinate import and export shipments while providing frontline support to our customers. This role blends logistics operations with administrative duties in a fast‑moving freight forwarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and deliver timely updates to customers.
• Arrange bookings and coordinate deliveries and collections.
• Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
• Resolve shipment issues and support customers with enquiries.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
