Customer Service Administrator – West (WCDT)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our West region operations (WCDT). The role involves managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing professional support to ensure smooth end‑to‑end order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately, issue confirmations and update delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, logistics and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor order status, follow up on delays, and handle sample approvals.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service requests, keeping customers informed of changes and stock availability.
• Prepare and maintain order‑related documents such as delivery orders, invoices and shipping paperwork.
• Update order, delivery and customer information in SAP with proper data entry.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Warehouse teams as well as external suppliers and 3PL providers.
• Assist with audits, reports and management requests related to customer service.
• Identify recurring service issues and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
