Customer Service Associate (Logistics 3PL) - 6 Month Contract

About the role

Toll Group, a logistics, transport and supply chain company part of Japan Post, is hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 6-month contract. The role plays a key part in keeping inbound operations smooth, maintaining system accuracy and delivering a good customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound operations and documentation: manage and verify receiving reports, stock cards and tally sheets, share inbound documents with customers on time, generate inbound summary reports in the WMS for inventory checks, and keep audit-ready documentation
• Order and process coordination: prepare and review picklists, work with warehouse and operations teams, validate inbound ASN creation in the WMS
• Systems and inventory management: perform Goods Receipt in SAP accurately and on time, monitor stock levels including expired inventory, reconcile inventory transactions between SAP and WMS, track daily auto status reports such as KCAP and KCW3, and gain exposure to AWS-based systems

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
• Good communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Entitlement to work in Singapore and willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP, WMS or similar systems
• Knowledge of inbound ASN and goods receipt processes
