Customer Service Executive – Front Desk (Orchard)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our front‑desk team at a busy clinic in Orchard, Singapore. The role involves welcoming patients, handling appointments and providing friendly, accurate information about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients and manage their appointment schedules using the clinic’s system.
• Process payments, handle cashier duties and issue receipts.
• Respond to patient enquiries, collect feedback and resolve routine issues.
• Explain treatment procedures and share information on available options (no sales activity required).
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospitality or similar customer‑facing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00 and Saturday 9:00‑13:00; Sundays and public holidays off.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and payment processing.
• Proficiency in using appointment or registration software (if any).
