About the role

The Customer Service Executive supports the production unit by handling day‑to‑day customer orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. This junior role combines customer interaction with administrative coordination across suppliers, forwarders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the complete sales order fulfilment process with suppliers, forwarders and customers.
Prepare delivery orders and invoices accurately.
Track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Perform data‑entry, document updating and filing tasks.
Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

Minimum Diploma qualification.
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing or service industry.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
Willingness to work at the Chin Bee, West side location.
5.5‑day work week.

Required skills
