Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for our salespersons and clients, delivering prompt front‑line support while handling administrative and design tasks. Based in our central Singapore office, you will help maintain smooth operations and build strong relationships with our sales network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to walk‑in, phone and email enquiries.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, document disposal and salespersons’ licensing registration and resignations.
• Identify salespersons’ needs, resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in creating agency collaterals, including name‑card design, mailers and other promotional materials.
• Design graphics and layouts for name cards and other visual assets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of front‑desk customer service or face‑to‑face interaction experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a cooperative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of creative design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Canva.
