About the role
Join a well‑established logistics company as a Customer Service Executive, handling both air and sea freight operations. The role is based at Changi Airfreight Centre and works Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service department and report to the team manager.
- Handle all sea documentation work such as bookings and Bill of Lading.
- Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments.
- Liaise with air and sea carriers.
- Liaise with customers.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
- Training provided for candidates with less experience.

- Salary SGD 2,800 – 3,200 per month.
