Customer Service Executive – Sales Support & Administration

About the role

Join a multinational company as a Customer Service Executive supporting sales and administrative functions. The role is based in the West (Toh Guan area) of Singapore, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am‑5.30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up quotations, process sales orders and distribute work orders.
• Scan and archive sales files; assist with communication links and collect down payments when required.
• Prepare security design floor plans and circulate maintenance contracts.
• Expedite purchase orders, handle vendor approvals and set up customer digital portals.
• Prepare sales performance reports and monthly quotation summary reports.
• Circulate notifications, contact customers to build rapport and gather feedback.
• Prepare service agreements for system commissioning and perform credit control by chasing payments.
• Collect market information, participate in marketing and business development activities, and attend customer rapport programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration.
• 1–2 years experience in sales support within the service, industrial products or building industry.
• Ability to provide customer service, manage relations and conduct customer visits.
• Resume must include work experience, current and expected salary, reason for leaving, availability date and education background.
