Customer Service & Logistics – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive individual to support our Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and inventory management for India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. The position is a one‑year contract, offering exposure to a fast‑growing innovation company operating in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily CS&L activities with regional teams and cross‑functional partners such as service engineers.
• Maintain clear communication channels between the Singapore hub and other country teams.
• Conduct regular stock‑take procedures at third‑party logistics (3PL) facilities.
• Monitor shipment status and update internal tracking systems.
• Prepare basic reports on inventory levels and logistics performance.
• Assist in resolving logistics issues and support customer inquiries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
