Customer Service Officer (Administrative | Sales Support)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to provide administrative and sales support across our Singapore operations. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams and vendors, ensuring smooth order processing, credit control and excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, follow up and process quotations and sales orders.
• Distribute work orders, scan and archive sales documents.
• Assist with down‑payment collection and security design preparation when required.
• Circulate maintenance contracts, expedite purchase orders and manage vendor approvals.
• Compile sales performance and quotation summary reports.
• Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback and support service agreements.
• Perform credit control activities, chasing payments and monitoring status.
• Collect market intelligence and participate in marketing or business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, administration or customer service.
