Customer Service Officer – Banking Support

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will handle inbound and outbound calls related to bank account servicing, product enquiries and help‑desk support. You will work in a fast‑paced call centre environment, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for banking services, campaigns and product queries.
• Provide timely follow‑up on cases and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with control standards and protect confidential bank and customer information.
• Work overtime when required to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: ITE or ‘O’ Levels.
• Prior experience in a call centre, banking or customer service environment is advantageous.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication, pleasant voice and strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable working with numbers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
