About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations for the education agency.
• Respond to warm leads via forms, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels (no cold‑calling).
• Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles.
• Coordinate and arrange first tuition lessons for clients and tutors.
• Provide administrative support and after‑sales service.
• Use the company’s custom automation software.

Required profile

• Friendly, passionate, and energetic team player.
• Organised with strong administrative abilities.
• Responsible with a solid work ethic.
• Polite, patient, and skilled in customer service.
• Commitment of at least one year.
• Recent polytechnic or university graduates welcomed; no prior experience required.
