Customer Service Officer – Full/Part Time

About the role

The Customer Service Officer supports the School Head in daily school operations, handling enrollment, class management, and front‑desk duties. This position offers both full‑time and part‑time options in a vibrant educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote CLC courses, prospect daily, and prepare enrollment reports.
• Perform cashier duties, collect and bank cash/cheques, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist Centre Manager with area marketing, distribute promotional materials, and help design in‑house collateral.
• Manage the customer service counter, address inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure school safety and cleanliness, monitor studio equipment, update notice boards, and handle stock sales.
• Maintain accurate records, update SMS system, and prepare operational reports.
• Support general administration and participate in school activities.

Required profile

• Preferably sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Open to both full‑time and part‑time schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
