Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join WGT Group as a Customer Service Officer supporting logistics and supply‑chain operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process customer orders, confirming compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling, amendments, and special handling instructions.
• Handle inventory enquiries, including stock availability, shortages, overages and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain operational documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and proof of delivery.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly customer reports covering orders, inventory and exceptions.
• Identify service gaps and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure documentation is audit‑ready and complies with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or warehouse operations, preferably in contract logistics/3PL.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts.
