Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer works full‑time on‑site at a Fitness First club in Singapore, delivering a welcoming experience to members and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, handling check‑ins, answering enquiries and providing accurate information about services, memberships and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, manage check‑ins and membership enquiries.
• Provide clear information on club facilities, classes, promotions and membership options.
• Process account‑related requests, handle feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments and assist with membership administration.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward health and wellness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and membership management software.
