Customer Service Officer

About the role

Bianka Panova Academy, a premier rhythmic gymnastics training institution in Singapore, is looking for a Customer Service Officer. The role supports clients and new students, handles their accounts and complaints, and works closely with coaches and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage customer accounts and keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Assist new students with enrollment and ensure all required documentation is completed
• Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to keep communication and operations smooth
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Build positive client relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Help develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in an educational or sports setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service software
