About the role
Join TDCX as a Customer Service Representative and deliver exceptional support across multiple communication channels. You will identify customer needs, resolve issues on first contact, and build lasting relationships while contributing to a high‑performing BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Research and diagnose customer issues to propose strategic solutions.
- Ensure first‑contact resolution and follow‑up with service partners and internal teams.
- Give constructive feedback on tools, resources and procedures to improve workflow.
- Maintain case closure in line with service standards and quality management guidelines.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Diploma, degree or higher qualification in any field.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written English; ability to communicate in the market’s language.
- Effective listening, empathy and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable using computers and adapting to multiple systems.
