Customer Service Representative

About the role

TDCX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent support across multiple communication channels. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide strategic solutions while ensuring first‑contact resolution and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Identify customer issues, research root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases according to service standards.
• Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, and procedures to improve workflow.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Perform any additional duties related to quality management as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and phone etiquette.
• Comfortable using computers and adapting to multiple systems.
• Fluent in English and the language of the supporting market.
