Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling repair orders, quotations, and shipment inquiries. You will work closely with planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process repair orders and quotations accurately in the ERP system.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and enquiries related to repairs, shipments, and service requirements.
• Monitor repair order status and coordinate with Repair, Planning, and Warehouse/Logistics teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Prepare shipping documents, arrange courier bookings, and ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatch of shipments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer, order, and shipment records in the ERP system.
• Verify billing accuracy, generate operational reports, and monitor 3PL inventory levels.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Management or Logistics.
• 2‑4 years of customer service and/or logistics experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Good understanding of supply‑chain and RMA processes.
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and act proactively.
