About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our supply chain team. You will act as the primary point of contact for our B2B industrial customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery of chemicals and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Process and track customer orders, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delivery, and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status.
- Collaborate with sales and supply‑chain colleagues to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply‑chain operations.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industrial environments is a plus.
