Customer Service Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will be the front‑line ambassador for Raffles Prestige, handling member enquiries via WhatsApp and the concierge counter. You will deliver personalised VIP service, support high‑touch events, and ensure the Raffles City Lounge operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Raffles Prestige WhatsApp channel, providing prompt, courteous responses to programme and F&B reservation enquiries.
• Deliver concierge‑style assistance to top‑tier members, fostering loyalty and enhancing brand prestige.
• Support exclusive member events, from guest registration to coordination with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Oversee daily operations of the Raffles City Lounge, monitoring capacity, amenities, and service standards.
• Perform roving duties across common areas and retail spaces, flagging maintenance issues and gathering customer feedback.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, paging, in‑house announcements, and administrative tasks.
• Promote CapitaStar loyalty program, eCapitaVoucher, and other digital solutions to shoppers and retailers.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent and above.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or concierge role.
• Team player with a pleasant disposition, high initiative, and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.

Required skills

• WhatsApp channel management.
• Familiarity with digital loyalty platforms such as eCapitaVoucher and CapitaStar.
