Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will act as the primary operational contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and strong client relationships within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs.
• Process complex quotations, sales orders, and change requests with commercial accuracy.
• Validate technical specifications, configurations, and part numbers before transactions.
• Own the full order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery and after‑sales support.
• Track order progress, mitigate risks, and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Manage escalations, maintain clear communication, and support joint reviews.
• Analyze purchasing trends and customer data to improve processes and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and data integrity in CRM and ERP systems.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer experience or service within manufacturing/trading.
• Degree in business, mechanical engineering or related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of engineering concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
• Experience developing customer service procedures or policies is a plus.
