Customer Service Supervisor – Singapore

About the role

An established global organisation is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor based in Singapore. This hands‑on leadership role supports customers across APAC and combines team supervision with direct responsibility for customer service, order management and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small Singapore‑based team while remaining hands‑on in daily customer service operations.
• Manage order entry and processing for key accounts across APAC.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order, delivery, billing and service issues.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Regulatory and Finance teams regionally.
• Coach team members, monitor service standards, support training and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Relevant experience in customer service, sales support or order‑to‑cash.
• Strong customer orientation, tactful communication, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable leading a small team while handling operational responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (required) and Salesforce or similar CRM (advantageous).
• Ability to support customers and stakeholders across different APAC markets.
