Customer Success Lead

About the role

Panasonic Digital Asia Pacific is seeking a senior Customer Success Lead to act as the primary liaison for key external accounts across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving account growth and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare proposals, commercial costing and quotations through to contract closure.
• Create detailed account plans, map stakeholders and monitor competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal solution, operations, contract, finance and other teams to guarantee timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development.
• Proven record of managing external accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, regional environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and sales forecasting.
