Customer Support Executive (Account Management)

About the role

The Customer Support Executive (Account Management) will act as the primary liaison for customers under Integrated Services Agreements, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual terms and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the preferred point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams to meet agreement obligations.
• Organise regular internal and customer meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and manage contract reviews.
• Oversee invoicing, financial health of agreements, and handle out‑of‑scope services, disputes, and credit notes.
• Support sales objectives, assist with agreement renewals, and provide assistance during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels/Diploma; at least one year of relevant aviation industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English, strong work ethic, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
