Customer Support Expert

About the role

The Customer Support Expert (CSE) acts as the primary liaison between Air France Industries' internal teams and a portfolio of airline, lessor, broker and MRO customers. Based in Paris, the CSE ensures smooth processing of component repair and exchange orders, delivering fast turnaround and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating communication and order management.
• Monitor and update all open orders in the IT system, handling operational issues and ensuring accurate status reporting.
• Support the Singapore Component Solutions repair station and propose operational solutions that protect the company's financial interests.
• Prepare weekly reports for customers and participate in status calls.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through regular visits and proactive need anticipation.
• Maintain an internal database with up‑to‑date customer intelligence.
• Define contract‑specific conditions and procedures, and lead performance‑review meetings with customers.
• Inform management of portfolio developments and act as a control tower to resolve delays or dissatisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer management within the aviation or MRO sector.
• Strong understanding of component products and repair processes.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction with commercial and financial considerations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
