Cyber AI Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑enabled cybersecurity solutions. You will act as the bridge between customers, stakeholders and cross‑functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture business, operational and cybersecurity requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical scopes, project plans and detailed documentation.
• Lead the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists throughout the project.
• Maintain project baselines for scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality, and monitor progress against them.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
• Provide regular status updates, reports and presentations to all levels of stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between AI/ML, data analytics and cybersecurity teams to deliver practical, deployable solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing software engineering, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects across the entire lifecycle.
• Technical background with solid understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity and modern software development platforms.
• Proven ability to work with internal development teams and external customers or vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
