Cyber Security and Managed IT Services Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security and Managed IT Services Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of security and IT service solutions for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for security incidents, service delivery, and pre‑sales technical support, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain cyber security strategies, policies and procedures for client environments.
• Monitor client IT infrastructures for threats, respond to incidents, and conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Lead daily operations of managed IT services, including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and technical support.
• Oversee delivery of vulnerability assessments, intrusion detection, and incident response services.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, GDPR, ISO 27001 and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions, prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and coordinate escalations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of IT and cyber security professionals.
• Develop and track budgets, optimise cost structures and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery and cyber security management.
• Proven experience in technical pre‑sales support and client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, ITIL service management and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
