Cybersecurity Consultant (Japanese Speaking) – Permanent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security assessments and design robust solutions for our Japanese‑focused clients. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end security projects, from gap analysis to implementation, while staying current on emerging threats and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, identify risks and gaps, and produce practical improvement plans.
• Design, evaluate, and implement solutions such as EDR, SASE, Zero Trust, and endpoint/network security controls.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept activities, vendor evaluations, technical workshops, and customer discussions.
• Prepare assessment reports, technical documentation, project deliverables, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, or security assessments.
• Proven ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent Japanese or demonstrated experience working with Japanese‑speaking customers.
