Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and manage our security infrastructure. The role involves protecting our digital assets, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management, and encryption solutions.
• Lead incident detection, investigation, mitigation, and post‑incident analysis.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits to close gaps.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Perform security architecture reviews for new IT systems, cloud services, and applications.
• Collaborate with IT, network, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure system design and operation.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement of security processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent (preferred).
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in IT security engineering, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise security management.
