Cybersecurity Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Officer to lead global security operations and compliance from our Singapore hub. You will own incident response, cloud security, vulnerability management and ISO 27001 governance while collaborating closely with internal teams and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts daily, triage incidents, coordinate response, and close the incident queue across all locations.
• Run vulnerability scanning and remediation for endpoints, servers, networks and applications.
• Manage cloud security posture for AWS, Azure and regional equivalents, including tooling such as SIEM, EDR, email security and WAF.
• Oversee identity and access management (SSO, MFA, privileged access, joiner/mover/leaver controls, periodic reviews).
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide security guidance for new systems and infrastructure changes.
• Maintain ISO 27001 certification, coordinate external audits, penetration tests and develop global security policies, standards and playbooks.
• Perform risk assessments, track remediation and deliver security awareness training.
• Complete security questionnaires, vendor assessments and support sales on security‑related RFPs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on information security experience.
• Proven track record in alert monitoring, incident response and cloud security (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience managing ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance programs.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or cloud‑security specialties.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives and travel to global offices at least once per year.
