Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the APAC cyber program for INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES. The role will oversee a portfolio of security‑focused projects from inception through delivery and transition, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of APAC cyber projects (framing, validation, execution, transition) in coordination with the Global PMO.
• Communicate global updates, risks and priorities to stakeholders at each project phase.
• Coordinate resources across local, regional and global IT and security teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present strategic updates to the APAC ITP Executive Committee and other management forums.
• Oversee resource and financial planning, including hiring and onboarding of project staff.
• Support KPI gap analysis, enhancement proposals and improvement tracking with APAC ITP leads.
• Contribute to department initiatives such as budgeting and tool roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience delivering security‑focused projects in a multinational environment, preferably banking.
• Proven ability to manage programs with cross‑regional stakeholders.
• PMP certification required; CISSP, CISM or CISA are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and activities.
• Familiarity with AI or machine‑learning techniques applied to security reporting and analysis.
• Strong financial planning and risk assessment capabilities.
